Veterinarians - With this package I will rely on you to work with your client and possibly their previous veterinarian. I will tell you want to get from them, fill out the certificate for you to Docusign, and send you pdf copies of all papework you will need to upload to VEHCs.
You will need to work with your client to get previous records and pay for the endorsement fee ($38 as of July 2024) and provide an overnight shipping label to get the certificate back to your client.
