Veterinarians, I’ll provide you with the client forms you need as well as direction on how and where to perform the proper testing for dog and cat import to Hawaii. I’ll find rabies vaccine information from previous vets and provide you with all of the paper work you need.
Side note: some states now require that the interstate health certificates be completed through the CVI app. If that is the case I can provide you with all of the information you will need but you will need to register for, download, and fill out the information in the CVI app.
