You will be able to Docusign the health certificate and upload it and the other PDFs provided to VEHCs.
You will need to pay the endorsement fee to VEHCS and provide or obtain from the client a PDF copy of a return label for countries that require an ink signature from the USDA. Don’t worry, I’ll spell it all out for you in my directions.
